​​​​​Dr. Sauer, Sr. is a trained and experienced Board Certified Hand and Plastic Surgeon with over 20 years of conscientious, compassionate care for thousands of patients. He has completed multiple certifications and recertifications in General, Plastic, and Hand Surgery. Emergent and elective Hand Surgery has become a central focus of his practice although Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the body is still an integral part.

Dr. Sauer, Sr. is now retired from active practice but remains a valued source of guidance and a pillar of strength for the organization.
